Ingredients

Black pepper powder 1tsp | Turmeric powder 1/2tsp | Salt to taste| Chicken (cut to small pieces) 100gm | Small onions (chopped) 50gm | Black pepper powder1/2 tsp | Green chillies, chopped 2-3 | Ginger 1tsp | Curry leaves 4 to 5 sprigs | Leonardo Olive Cook All Oil 1tsp

Method

Mix black pepper powder, turmeric, salt with little water and apply on the chicken pieces. Marinate for 1/2 hour. Transfer chicken to a pan and cook on low flame, covered with a lid. Chicken will ooze out water, cook in that water till chicken is completely tender. Dry out all excess water once the chicken is cooked. Heat 1 tbsp of Leonardo Olive Cook All Oil in another big pan.  Add black pepper powder, fry for few seconds, and then add green chilli, curry leaves, ginger and fry for a minute. Now add onion and fry till onion is light brown.  Add cooked chicken pieces, sprinkle some water, and fry till the pieces are brown
