A sophisticated dessert that seems to fly right out of a professional kitchen and onto your plate. Flan Di Ciligie is a guilty pleasure with its cherry and vanilla sugar, but also extremely healthy, owing to its Just Drizzle base. It's every food lover's dream come true.

Ingredients

  • 300 g pitted cherries
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of leonardo extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 l milk

Method

  • Blend the sugar and the egg yolks.
  • Mix in well and add the whole egg, then continue blending until the egg has completely disappeared.
  • Add the olive oil and flour, then mix well before adding the milk.
  • Grease the base of a baking tin with extra-virgin olive oil, and distribute the cherries uniformly.
  • Pour over the cake mixture and bake in a pre-heated oven at approximately 180o (according to the type of oven).
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes. Sprinkle the vanilla sugar over the flan and serve warm or cold.
