Perfect for everyone who ever thought that pasta couldn't be healthy and delicious all at the same time, this White Sauce pasta is the food lover's dream come true. Easy to prepare, enjoyable in any season and an absolute treat to eat, this is your go-to dish for the times when you and your family want a break from the ordinary!

  • Pasta boiled-1 cup
  • Grated cheese- 1/3rd cup
  • Leonardo extra light olive oil
  • Maida-1 tbsp.
  • Milk-1 cup
  • Corn-1/4th cup
  • Garlic paste- 2 tsp
  • Chopped Onions- 1 large
  • Capsicum
  • Salt, pepper and chilli flakes- To taste
  • Bring a pan full of water to a boil and salt the water.
  • Add pasta and cook it for approx. 8-10 mins, drain the pasta in a sieve with running water and keep aside. Also, you can sprinkle few drops of Leonardo extra light olive oil and gently toss them.
  • Preheat a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
  • Add around 2 tablespoon of Leonardo extra light olive oil to the pan, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Add the chopped garlic to the oil.
  • Now add chopped onions to the garlic and oil.
  • When onions turn pink, add capsicum, and corns to it.
  • Saute it till cooked.
  • Add 1 tbsp. Maida to the pan and cook for 4-5 mins.
  • Add milk gently to the pan. Keep on stirring so that maida and milk mixes well.
  • When the sauce starts to thicken, add pasta to it.
  • Season the sauce with salt, pepper and chilli flakes to your taste.
